About ExamPicResizer
ExamPicResizer is a free tool for people applying to Indian government and competitive exams. The application portals reject photographs and signatures that miss a file size, a pixel size, or both. This site turns the image you already have into a JPEG that matches the figure printed in the notice.
The work happens in your browser. The page reads the file into memory, draws it on a canvas, and offers the result as a download. There is no upload step, no account, and no image database. That is a product decision: a photo used for an admit card should not have to sit on someone else’s server first.
ExamPicResizer is not run by the Staff Selection Commission, UPSC, NTA, IBPS, State Bank of India, the Railway Recruitment Boards, CBSE, or TNPSC, and it is not a coaching institute. Each exam page links the notice the numbers were read from, and the date they were last checked. Where a notice is silent or contradicts itself, the page says so instead of inventing a clean number.
The site is built as a static site so it can sit on a free host and be updated by editing a JSON preset. Adding an exam does not require a new design. Hindi and Tamil are not translated yet. The interface strings live in one English dictionary so a later pass can add them without rewriting the pages.
