What the notice says
The CRP CSA-XV application page says you must upload a photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration, and it points those rules to Annexure IV. A live photo is captured too.
That annexure PDF did not open on 8 November 2026. The sizes in the tool are the preferred sizes printed for CRP PO/MT-XV, which IBPS has reused across exams. They are not marked verified for Clerks. If the Clerk form shows a different number, follow the form.

- Write the declaration in English, in your own hand, in black ink. Not in capital letters.
- 800 × 400 pixels, 10 cm × 5 cm at 200 DPI. File 50 KB to 100 KB.
- Text: “I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Why these files get rejected
- File bigger than the maximum, or smaller than the minimum, in the upload slot.
- Signature or declaration written in capital letters.
- Photograph with a cap, dark glasses, harsh shadow, or a background that is not light.
- Thumb impression of someone else, or a blank thumb image.
- Swapping the files, so the signature is uploaded in the photograph slot.
- Trusting a third-party pixel table, including this one, without opening Annexure IV of the Clerk notification.
Questions candidates actually ask
Are these IBPS Clerk sizes official?
Not yet on this page. The document list is from the CSA-XV application instructions. The pixel numbers are copied from the PO/MT-XV annexure because the Clerk annexure did not open. Each row is marked unverified.
What files does the Clerk form ask for?
A scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and the certificates named in the notification. A live photo is captured in the form as well.
What is the usual IBPS signature window?
On PO/MT-XV it is 10–20 KB and preferably 140 × 60 pixels. Use that only as a starting point for Clerk until you read Annexure IV.
Can I use the same declaration text as IBPS PO?
Only if the Clerk notification prints the same sentence. The PO text is shown here as the unverified carry-over. Read the sentence on your own form before you write it.
