- Text: “I________(Name of the candidate), _______(Date of Birth) hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. Why these files get rejected
- File bigger than the maximum, or smaller than the minimum, in the upload slot.
- Signature or declaration written in capital letters.
- Photograph with a cap, dark glasses, harsh shadow, or a background that is not light.
- Thumb impression of someone else, or a blank thumb image.
- Swapping the files, so the signature is uploaded in the photograph slot.
- A declaration that omits the date of birth or the sentence that the photo, signature and thumb are yours. Use the wording in this advertisement.
